- Use Secure Payment Methods: Opt for secure payment methods that offer buyer protection, such as credit cards or trusted online payment platforms (e.g., PayPal).
- Trust Your Instincts: If something feels off about the transaction or the seller, trust your instincts and consider walking away.
- Avoid Sharing Personal Information: Do not share sensitive personal information (like your home address or financial details) unless absolutely necessary.
- Request a Return Policy: Ask the seller about their return policy before making a purchase. This can protect you in case the product does not meet your expectations.

- Use Trackable Shipping Methods: If you must ship items, use shipping methods that provide tracking and delivery confirmation to protect against disputes.
